The consulting services offered by ICG, consist in the design and implementation of solutions for organizational improvement process management related to projects, as well as the evaluation, control and reduction of risks associated with change.

The management systems made, always integrated in the organisation and Business Information System, are intended to standardize and automate planning operations, programming and control of projects; optimizing the use of resources and thereby increase levels of effectiveness and operational efficiency.
